Mike and the service/parts department always make sure you’re good to go. He went above to make sure all necessary updates were made and then some. Even when talking at drop-off he noted a minor issue that was fixed at the end of the service that I didn’t even think to bring up. I received a video during the services with a detailed play by play. So at no point was I confused or curious about the progress.
Volkswagen of West Islip's Service Department is very competent in its ability to service various models of vehicles. The staff members are very courteous, and the facility is clean, with plenty of beverages to partake in while awaiting the completion of your car service.
While I was there for a wheel hub replacement I had Mike who was very helpful and took care of everything. The whole experience was very pleasant and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there.
