She helped me a lot. I went to see her for anxiety and panic attacks. She helped me walk through what is triggering it, talked about past traumas that have caused the anxiety/panic to develop and how to deal with them. Def understanding what triggers you and how to handle it once u feel an attack coming helped a lot. I saw her for about 3 months and would go back if I needed to. Def recommend
Mrs Veronica is a very kind and sweet lady and from the moment I met her she’s been the same always smiling and involved in helping me cope with all my issues. I’m very happy I was recommended to her! ☺️ 10/10 would recommend
Terrible. She told I wasn’t seeing improvement because I wasn’t “practicing my beep breathing”. Complete waste of time and energy.. surprised she’s still in business.
