Had a small problem with my T6.1 California which could have become severe. 500mls after adding some engine oil the lamp popped up saying „too much oil“. A VW dealer aked me to bring the car for one day. VW connections rigged up an oil suction device in 5min and got rid of 1/2 litre through the dip stick hole😁 Thank you for giving peace to a family of 6 on a Cornwall trip. Really hands-on specialists!
These guys are outstanding at their profession. Their customer service is second to none (they even gave me advice on how to resolve my issue over the phone before I booked the vehicle in.) Can't recommend them enough.
These guys (Steve & other Steve) are truly awesome! Been using them for all my T5.1 service and mechanical support needs for many years (after getting let down and fed by the poor service and extortionate prices provided by Carrs/Yeomans Van Centre Indian Queens). Most recently I booked in (very last minute) for an emergency new clutch and dual mass flywheel replacement. Booked in on a Friday, fitted me in on Monday, completed by lunchtime on Tuesday. I contacted Simon after an MOT garage failed my T4, and he took the time to talk me through the reasons why this might have happened and fit me in to look at my vans mapping and sensors to help me pass my next MOT despite his garage being booked up for actual appointments. I remarked at the time that had I known about VW Connections I would’ve gone straight there for the work I’d taken to the other garage.
