Had a wonderful experience ar VVS. I took a very sentimental ring to get resized for my wedding day. The ring turned out amazing. VVS are very skilled with their work. My ring came back looking like the day it was purchased. The cost was very fair for the quality of work. I would highly recommend!!
I love this store. I get all my engravings done here. They always turn out great, coming cleaner than I bought it. I recently broke a necklace and took it to where I bought it, but they quoted me just as much as I paid for it, and told me it would be better to just pay for a new one. I walked out and came to these kind people. They made all the repairs needed, in two days, cleaner than when I bought it. At just a small fraction of what it cost. Highly recommend!!
This business is a sketchy business to say the least if you go to fix your watch. I have strong reasons to believe that my watch was perfectly fine and they just invented reasons to say that it needs maintenance only to ask a huge estimate, pretty much close to the buying price of the watch itself. When I told them that I ain't gonna pay that price and I'll get my watch back they didn't even put it back together the way it supposed to be and just did a lousy job.
