This business is a sketchy business to say the least if you go to fix your watch. I have strong reasons to believe that my watch was perfectly fine and they just invented reasons to say that it needs maintenance only to ask a huge estimate, pretty much close to the buying price of the watch itself. When I told them that I ain't gonna pay that price and I'll get my watch back they didn't even put it back together the way it supposed to be and just did a lousy job. Sketchy, they treat everyone like thieves, very nervous staff, not welcoming at all
Had a great experience at VVS! They were very friendly, and helpful. Ended up very satisfied having found just what I was looking for - a high quality, solid gold bracelet. The jeweller let me know VVS has been in business for 28 years, and I can see why! Happy I found this shop!
