I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this salon, particularly with Haily P. She has canceled on me twice on the day of the appointment, both times within the last six months. This is frustrating considering she has a 24-hour cancellation policy for her clients, yet seems to have no issue canceling at the last minute herself. Both times, I had organized my schedule around these appointments, and both times she canceled with less than 4 hours' notice. I have been coming to VVs hair salon for several years now and have been very pleased with the service. Virginia always does an amazing job! She definitely knows exactly what I want and she takes her time to give quite a pampering experience (she also offers you coffee/water during your appointment). The salon is nice and clean, and the prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking (side street and a lot behind the salon) as well. I highly recommend Virginia, it always is an enjoyable experience with her!

I have been going to Virginia at VV's for several years and have always been very pleased with her work on my hair. Virginia is very attentive and accommodating to my requests. I enjoy going to her salon - it is clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Virginia for a few years now. She did both my prom updos and most recently highlights. She is both friendly and kind as well as an incredible stylist. Every time she has done my hair, the results are even better than my expectations. Highly recommend.
