Super nice quality and really enjoy the Alpha 2.1 No issues at all!
Bought my first ebike from them last month (the updated Alpha II). Will want to get some more mileage under my belt before reviewing the bike, but Vvolt as a company has been great to work with so far. They were very responsive to emailed questions in advance, as well as in person when I came to do a test ride (and I had a lot coming from exclusively riding the same non-electric bike for 20 years). Great dedicated Portland e-bike company with great products and service
I bought a Vvolt last year and since then it has become my primary mode of transportation. It's so fun to ride and I can get most places in about the same amount of time it'd take in a car, especially when you factor in time finding parking. I had an issue with my battery recently. The Vvolt team was responsive and quickly worked to get me back on the road. It made me glad I paid a bit more to buy a locally made bike, rather than buying online.
