I am so happy I chose to buy my Centauri 2 ebike from Vvolt. Sam is super friendly and was very helpful the first time I went in to pick up my bike after purchase, and then again today when I went in for a minor adjustment on my bike. I couldn't be happier with the service here. I also had a good experience when I purchased my rain jacket from Showers Pass, and will be returning in the near future to get the rest of my fall (rainy season) bike clothes:)

Bought my first ebike from them last month (the updated Alpha II). Will want to get some more mileage under my belt before reviewing the bike, but Vvolt as a company has been great to work with so far. They were very responsive to emailed questions in advance, as well as in person when I came to do a test ride (and I had a lot coming from exclusively riding the same non-electric bike for 20 years).
