My first time here, unfortunately not happy. Tes the technician was nice and explained but the place is very loud. Everyone talking and laughing in the front. I could hear other customers. Facial suppose to be relaxing. But I was fraustared. Also I did purchase a groupon for microdermabrasion but I was suggested the other facial is better bc I have redness and I asked if I could use the same voucher, the front lady said no you need to pay the difference which is also double the price. I visited VVIP Beauty & Skin Care for skin tag removal on my neck, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and they made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I love the results, my skin looks amazing! I definitely recommend them.
I was in the area and I was able to do a same day appointment facial which was good. I did a hydrogen oxygen facial which I found via Groupon for the first time, which I learned was a bit different than a hydra facial but offers similar effects where my skin felt hydrated and glowy afterwards. Facials included a shoulder and back massage and scalp massage that relaxes you.
