Went here for the first time last week. Had a good experience and the lady doing my name was very nice but after a couple days my nails were peeling a little and it bothered me. I called on my way home from work today randomly just to see if I could possibly get them fixed up. Vincent was AMAZING. Super nice on the phone, I went straight there and he fixed them so quickly free of charge. I owe him a tip I didn’t have any cash on me. Will be back because of today’s experience. Thank you so much my nails look amazing.
I had such a good experience with Ann! She was so sweet and worked so diligently. I am so happy with my set. The whole salon was amazing including the rest of the staff!
Rudest guy named Bryan there he should never be talking to customers so rudely when I was just asking to get ONE nail repaired up because it fell off after 3 days. I was apparently expected to recognize the person who did my nails last and when I said I didn’t know I got laughed at and told to “figure it out” I’ve been going there for 4 years now and have never had a problem until now.
