I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at VV Luxe. My cousin hosted her 40th birthday there a major milestone and what should have been a joyful celebration turned stressful and uncomfortable. In the middle of the party, with about an hour left, the owner came in demanding an additional $2,500 because there were slightly more guests than expected. MONEY HUNGRY DO NOT BOOK!!!! they overly charge and the staff goes around and throw away people drinks without saying anything
Very disappointed with VV Luxe. During my cousin’s 40th birthday party — with only about an hour left — the owner interrupted the celebration demanding an additional $2,500 because a few extra guests showed up. It felt unprofessional and more focused on money than the customer experience. A better approach or simple compromise could have preserved a special moment instead of disrupting it. Future guests should clarify guest limits and extra fees ahead of time.
Great space to rent for any private function
Very poor directions. Some elegantly dressed guests were walking around downtown El Sobrante where their phones lead them instead of the actual address in Richmond.
