VUTT did not live up to my expectations based on all the positive reviews. I would like to say that Dr. O'Hara was great and I had a good experience in my exam with her. However, it went downhill from there. First, it should be noted that while VUTT has a lot of frames to choose from, the focus is on sunglasses and expensive designer frames. If you want a famous brand of sunglasses, this is a great place. If you want basic, standard glasses and don't want to spend hundred on frames, this is NOT the place for you, because the... read more
It is always a great experience at Vutt! From the exam to the glasses, the staff are amazing. Exams are quick, but don’t feel rushed. I love the ability to get a scan of my eye instead of dilation. Then, the glasses staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Their explanations of options are easy to understand and very helpful. I highly recommend them!
Forget the old eye doctor this is the coolest eye doctor around, I met the owner Paul he was so helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I loved the vibe inside the music playing. I loved the cool touches in the store like the seating area. Even the outside was super cool. I would definitely recommend stopping by and looking at the huge selection they have of glasses and sunglasses. I will definitely be stoping by again.
I don’t typically write reviews but felt it was about time I did my review of VUTT. I have known Paul and Randy and been a customer for close to 15 years now. Vutt isn’t your typical glasses place or optometrist. I was given a tour of the place when they moved to their current location, right down to the kitchen!! This is my second time going to VUTT. Tom was amazing and gave me a price that was awesome. Not to mention the attention and customer service he gave my son and I was second to none. I recommend VUTT for any sunglasses/eye glass needs. The selection is great and he did my son’s eye glasses in less than 30 mins. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
