Natalie was excellent when assisting me in my selection of two new eyeglass frames. She was direct in helping me choose frames that complimented my face & complexion.She immediately informed me of a 30% discount based on my insurance. Olivia was also excellent helping me with the specifications of the lenses, breaking it down in easy language to understand. I highly recommend VUTT Optical for extensive collection, & service. Their prices are better than any standard “eye doctor.”
I had a great experience at VUTT Optical, from being greeted when I walked in the door, to the technology that makes eye exams more pleasant, to the exacting prescriptions and frame fitting. I have to give a special shout out to Leanna (sp?) who made choosing frames fun and made sure they fit 100% perfectly when I picked them up. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I just want to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Vutt at the eye center on Route 130. The customer service was amazing, and he is truly an incredible doctor. After I made a post the other day looking for help with my daughter’s glasses, he went out of his way to help me—even though he didn’t have to. Lex, Olivia and Kasia were awesome at our most recent visit. Between exam, and purchase of frames and contacts, the VUTT team were knowledgeable, and in a league of their own. They were thorough with assisting us with the selection of frames and gave options on lense allowances through our insurance coverage. I would highly recommend this optical store.
I absolutely love VUTT. Congratulations as you approach 25 years. Randy is the one who keeps me coming back. Randy has always selected my glasses. He always knows what appeals to me and what looks the best on me. He has never let me down. Exceptional customer service.
