Office is never open when they’re suppose to be, can’t make appointments. Always close way before 4pm. If you use insurance, they will drug test you to charge up insurance. If you pay cash; magically you don’t need to take a drug test.
Tried to call to make an appointment today and the lady who answered the phone refused to help me, told me to select that office as primary care provider online through my insurance...i talked to the insurance and they told me that with them the appointments have to be done directly with the office and they will contact them if they refuse to schedule for me. My father has never fully expressed himself at doctor visits until meeting Dr. Leng. Dr. Leng listened to my dad’s concerns and did not rush or dismiss him at all. Dr. Leng fully explained everything my dad had questions about in KHMER. What a blessing to have a Cambodian physician who takes the time to understand his patients’ questions and concerns and explain in detail so that we all understood.
Dr. Leng is the BEST doctor I have ever had. He is caring, non judgmental, he listens to me and gives me the best advice and health care..I am greatful and hope he never retires (even though this sounds selfish)because I will truly miss him.....
