Stopped by today for help adjusting my brakes and replacing a tube with a hole in it. I appreciated being able to learn how to work on both things -- they have everything you could need to fix up your bike here, and tons of bikes and parts for sale. It's a very small space, but they make it work!
Went in, needed a tube changed. Guy claimed tube was fine, and all I needed was new tires. Bought said tires, next day the tires were flat again. It was in fact the tube. Paid a lot of money for bad service. Also, they pretty much ignore you and you have to fight for attention from the staff. Had to leave money on the counter and just walk out.
Been going to this shop since I was 24 and they provide the best bicycle services in Milwaukee hands down in my honest opinion. It is shocking to see no one has put a star rating yet!
Great place to get help fixing your bike and anything else you might need!
