I got a new vehicle (used but new to me) and got new tires but my floor mats were stolen. I only had the car 2 days. The 2nd time I took my car up there for a oil change and tire rotation they forgot about my car. I called at 5 pm and they said sorry we would get right to it. (my paperwork was in the wrong stack.)
