Always great care; listening and caring staff.
My sons first pet who was 13 had to be put down. Mind you my son is 16 and had this cat since he was 4 weeks old and my son 3 years old. So this was a very difficult decision. My son wanted to be in the exam room and be the last person Milo saw before he crossed over the rainbow bridge and chose to have his ashes returned to us in a cedar box, his paw prints, and a tuft of fur.
