Severe Safety Compromise and Deceptive Practices!!! I am deeply disappointed and alarmed by the handling of my insurance claim for vehicle repairs following a collision. The service was quoted to include the supply and installation of a new front automatic brake collision sensor, which had sustained damage. However, upon inspection after the work was purportedly completed, it became evident that no replacement had occurred. WARNING BE AWARE!!!!!!!! My experience was a disaster. The paint job had visible marks from dirt and dust trapped under the clear coat, making the finish look terrible. I took it back for them to fix, but all they did was buff it, which left scratch marks and didn't fully remove the dust. To make matters worse, they told me over the phone '"we would have to repaint if you want as it's the only way to fix but could make it worse'" when I picked up the car, they refused, saying it wasn't worth repainting ‘just for that' and to... read more

Had a bumper resprayed but paint keeps cracking, had it redone but paint began cracking again, can see sinkback appearing, sanding marks visible, basecoat not laid right. All round amateur job that had to be paid for. So if you want work like this, this is where you go else make sure to do their job and go over every inch of your car
