Avoid at all costs. Probably fine if you’re happy but if you raise a complaint you will get completely ignored. They amusingly send you their complaints procedure and then fail to follow any of it. After many chases, and being told the lead technician will contact you, the original technician, who poorly performed the original service (by cleaning only a small patch of the carpet, moving no furniture and changing his mind on what needed doing, for something that was less work, the second time he did the clean) will tell you ... read more

Very polite & understanding team of professionals that care about the work they do. Booking was easy and they arrived on time. Communications were fantastic. Hired to get rid of strong odour of cat pee & they did it... (where we failed!) Highly recommend 👌 🌟 Must mention that Alistair was a super guy who really took my concerns seriously. It wasn't just about getting my carpet clean. Kudos to that lovely young professional 👏🏻
