A little over a year ago, I walked into this gym after a knee replacement, scared to work out again and unsure of what my body was capable of. From day one, the coaches met me where I was. I dropped in for a week while on a work trip. Found the process of joining up easy and affordable for a week pass. Was competitively priced. Session times and timings were exactly what you would expect from a well run CrossFit affiliate and the facilities and equipment were top notch and I found myself envious of their large gym floor space and Rogue gym equipment fit out. I had never done any CrossFit workouts before coming to this gym but as soon as I walked in to just ask questions, I felt welcomed. All the coaches are great and I would highly recommend for everyone to check it out!
