Victor and the team at Vulcan Waterproofing are a pleasure to work with. They installed a French drain system in my basement, completing the work in one day. Everything was professional and courteous, with no surprises. Vulcan is also extremely responsive to any service needs, highly communicative with quick response times. Highly recommended for any waterproofing needs!

Victor is the best!! We had French drains and sump pumps put in 2023. we had originally called for help for a faulty back up battery not charging but when he came over to assess the situation he assessed that the pipe outside was frozen and that's why the battery back up was draining because the water was not being pumped outside because it says as frozen ~~~ he quickly acted and remedied the situation~~ I'm so grateful he was able to fix the situation even in the cold!!! Thank youuuu

Victor the manager came out and spent 2 hours with me. He's extremely knowledgeable in this field. He did not try to sell me something that I did not need. He allayed my fears that the damage I had in my basement was not structural. He projects a very professional and personable demeanor. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for water remediation.

This is a follow up review. Our system has worked beautifully for the past and a half. I just had a small question/query regarding our battery unit and Victor called and addressed my questions. I would still recommend these guys. Great service!
