Direct-billing, parking, weekends all of which is convenient. Reem was also pretty nice. A lot of different gadgets, if youre into that Just wanted a basic eye exam thatd be fully covered by my insurance, so I declined the retinal imaging. Was met with passive aggressive remarks thereafter which werent necessary. While valuable, no clinical evidence that retinal imaging is universally recommended for all asymptomatic adults. Never had issues with eye tests from other offices. Here, he couldnt get it right. Essentially Tried to blame us. Attitude as well with my daughter. Would NEVER recommend this optometrist. Ladies at the front desk were nice, him, not so much
Dr Lawendy was very knowledgeable, and helpful. My family and I are all very pleased with our glasses prescriptions and will be returning here for vision services in the future as the service is great. Not to mention a wonderful selection of trendy glasses to choose from. The staff are all very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!
Have had two optometry appointments here already. Dr. Lawendy is honest and professional. One of the female staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.
I recently ordered a new pair of glasses from this location, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite visiting four times for adjustments, the glasses still don't fit properly and keep falling off my face. Moreover, my appointment with Dr. Lawendy was far from satisfactory. The new prescription he provided made it impossible for me to read small print, which was extremely frustrating.
