Experience started well when I moved in 2017 in Phase 5. But by the time I moved out (2021), management, quality of the building continued to downgrade. Superintendent is great, but was limited to what he can fix or replace which had be approved from upper management. For the last year of my lease, we had no cold water...
Vue Phase 5. Building is deteriorating. Elevators always broken which is a safety issue . Included amenities not available as agreed on lease. This is due bad management and lack of maintenance/upkeep.
