Great services and excellent customer communication skills!!
I felt like the doctor Vue cared more about making money than caring about the patients. I always had to wait a longgg time past my appointment time because there were always quite a few other patients like they booked multiple patients for the same time. Not cool. I asked for a doctor’s note to get excused from work for ONE day, because I had an episode where my vision was messing with me. He was like no can do. That’s fine - I never returned to that office and also switched my whole family to a new clinic.
Dr. Vue and staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The eye appointment was seamless, and the process of obtaining new glasses was equally efficient. I highly recommend.
Dr Vue is the man. Staff is welcoming.
Staff is very unprofessional... The doctor doesn't show up for my appointment, and the staff doesn't notify me not to show up.. wasting my time... Plus, all staff members are hmong but can't speak hmong so if you have elderly who doesn't speak hmong make sure you have an interpreter...
