Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a utility provider. The staff I dealt with were incredibly rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. One representative actually raised their voice and threw their coffee cup at me - should seriously consider anger management training. No one deserves to be treated with that level of disrespect. Avoid if you can.
