I had originally rated this venue a 5-star experience. But due to the fact we have not been able to secure our $500.00 deposit check I am rating it less than a 1-star experience. Per contract the security check was to be returned within 72 hours following the conclusion of the event which occurred on January 10, 2026. Both parties agreed the post inspection revealed no damage to the premises and no excessive cleaning was required thus the deposit check would be refunded. Event manager Kristy Padgett is to be commended for a job well done. Any issues that arose were dealt with in a prompt professional manner.
Wow, what an excellent venue! The space was versital and flexible to meet our needs. Kristy and her team were terrific.
All companies/organizations would like to receive a stellar review, however, not everyone is deserving! Of course, there are many factors to consider, and if you ever took the time to share your feedback, it will ask, why did you give a specific rating, be it good or bad. And as you can see, I feel Vue 17 is worthy of “five stars”!
