Seriously the worst unorganized place ever! Almost impossible to refill my prescriptions. I've had multiple appointments all with different Drs and after calling multiple numbers and finally speaking with a nurse who isn't even a part of the New Castle office, she tells me that my Dr Jamie may need to pre authorize my test strips but no one knows where Jamie is!!! How do you not know?! Like I said worst place ever and I've been diabetic for 30 years. Searching for a new Endo right now.
