I had a great experience with VU Window Treatments. From Ahren the Sales Rep., Tracy in customer service and Gerry and David who did the installation. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
Great team to work with. Alex measured for window and door replacement blinds on a Wednesday. Very reasonably priced. Got a call the following Monday to schedule installation on Thursday. Alex and Aiden arrived on time and completed the job in about an hour. Took the old blinds down and took them with them. Showed me how to operate the new blinds. One blind was about 1/2 inch short. Alex will have them make a replacement for the replacement. Very pleased with the entire process.
Just had my blinds installed by John and David from VU window treatments. They were fantastic!! It was a quick install and they even vacuum and cleaned up well after they were done highly recommend!!
David, who installed the shutters was great. 5 stars for him. The reason for a 3 star review was the communication, or lack thereof from the office and the considerably longer delivery. We were promised about 3 weeks and it took 2 months and still not quite right. We have one small window with 3/4” gap. We are expecting a new one to be expedited.
