Best MD my elderly mother has ever had. One can tell he reads up on the latest and cares about people. I have never felt rushed. He doesn't hesitate to refer to a specialist
The (care and follow through )we have received for my family member with possible life threatening issues has not been addressed. Having to wait months for a phone evaluation and only to be giving pills instead of actions following through with his needs. If there were less stars to give that is what I would be doing it. We have to get important results on email and the doctor only had 10 min to talk about his 2 MRI results and 8 vials of blood.
Absolutely the worst. My grandfather is suffering and all he try’s to do is give him more pills. We are on the phone with him and trying to get answers and he said he had to go to the next patient.
Dr Ngo is a really great doctor! He helped my fiend a lot! Thank you doctor Ngo.
Dr. Ngo is great! Very personable, listens, is thorough, and gives great care.
