The past two visits in a row I have not been seen. I went in today and waited for 45 minutes. I asked if they knew about how much longer and she told me there were three people waiting in rooms ahead of me. Unacceptable! She asked if I wanted to reschedule and that would’ve been the second time I would have to reschedule. I told her I would find a new doctor. The lady at the desk acted like I was being a pain because I wasn’t going to wait an hour and a half to be safe.
She’s actually very rude & has no respect for patients
Hands down the most compassionate Dr I have ever had! She takes her time explaining everything, answers all my questions without rushing and always makes me feel comfortable! My daughters go to her as well and love her! She does an amazing job with making them feel at ease!! Vanessa is awesome at communicating with me!!
Delivered both my kids (10/2008 & 10/2014). She had a BIG heart and strongly dedicated for carrying and delivering. Always honest and up front but very professional. Always meet and exceeded my needs and wiped my tears.
I used Dr.Vu during my first pregnancy 3 years ago and I am again with my second. I always say when she retires I'm done having babies. LOVE HER.
She was my OBGYN for both of my pregnancies. With my 1st child, back in 2007-2008; she was Awesome, Respectful & a great listener! However, with my 2nd child, born 11/2015; SHE & HER OFFICE STAFF were extremely Rude, unprofessional & insensitive most office visits & phone calls. Also, they are un-clean! On one occasion, she was doing an ultrasound on me & there was lubricant along the tubing that rested on my belly. I asked her to please change it but she refused & said they were "too Expensive"
She was my ob with my second son and everything went well with the pregnancy. I was seeing her with my current pregnancy but I will not be returning after an incident that occurred this week at upon my visit. She acted in an unprofessional manner that I had never seen before and it was for reasons unknown. She attacked my parenting, she accused me of lying, she made false judgments and would not believe or listen to my concerns or reasoning. She accused me of being lazy and told me other things.
