Dr. Vu work is great, but each time I go in for an appointment I end up waiting over an hour before I am seen by him. The staff is friendly and understanding and the Doctor running late once in a while I can understand but within the last couple years I have had hour long wait times each time and my appointment time moved to later by staff . I take time off work to be there and I just don't have time out of my day to be in the office for 2 hours for an appointment that should only be 30 min. I will have to go for my treatmen... read more
It has taken me nearly 20 years to write this review, and it is long overdue. Twenty years ago, Dr. Vu performed my breast augmentation, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Two decades later, my implants still look and feel amazing. Through weight fluctuations over the years, the results have remained natural and beautiful. I have maintained full sensation, never experienced any complications, and have never needed a revision. Dr. Vu was supposed to see my toddler age son about reconstructive surgery. Multiple appointments, that the doctor wasn't ever even in the building and rescheduling after an hour wait, led to a final appointment where we waited about two and a half hours before he showed up. There were other patients there ahead of us, so we just rescheduled again and cancelled later. The desk staff was polite and apologetic; the nurse staff took his vitals and questionnaire info in a professional manner. Great staff, late doctor.
As a rather new patient of Dr. Vu, I have found him to be very experienced, highly trained, knowledgeable, professional. He also had an excellent rapport with me as well as my husband, as he explained everything he planned to help me with. It has been three months since we started the surgical procedures, and at this time I am very pleased with the outcome. Extremely long waits - I opted from getting a blepharoplasty from an optometrist and decided to go with a plastic Surgeon, thinking they would be more Precise In measurement. But take a look for yourself On how he missed up big time, if you’re considering on having this procedure, look into a professional that will use surgical glue and not stitches.
