Dr. Vu was supposed to see my toddler age son about reconstructive surgery. Multiple appointments, that the doctor wasn't ever even in the building and rescheduling after an hour wait, led to a final appointment where we waited about two and a half hours before he showed up. There were other patients there ahead of us, so we just rescheduled again and cancelled later. The desk staff was polite and apologetic; the nurse staff took his vitals and questionnaire info in a professional manner. Great staff, late doctor.
As a rather new patient of Dr. Vu, I have found him to be very experienced, highly trained, knowledgeable, professional. He also had an excellent rapport with me as well as my husband, as he explained everything he planned to help me with. It has been three months since we started the surgical procedures, and at this time I am very pleased with the outcome.
