I feel very lucky to have found such a caring and professional dentist. At 45, I thought my teeth could not be improved, but he helped restore my smile and confidence. He is gentle, attentive, and explains everything clearly. I am very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend him to others.
Multiple times I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I get it, with things like this it can go over the expected time. Today, I was scheduled and texted to show up at 10:30 am on a Saturday. I showed up right before 10:30 am and no one was there. I check their times and it says not open until 11:00 am. If I could go back in time and never set foot in Vu Orthodontics, I would. From age 15 to 20, I endured five years of absolute misery under Dr. Vu's care — if you can even call it care. He might have an engineering background, but he has no business managing people's dental health. The best Dentist I have ever gotten. I can't say enough how good and detail oriented Dr Vu is. He is passionate about his life-work that he could spend countless hours to help his patients. Here is what I personally got from him: willing to explain every details of my jaw/teeth/bone structure conditions ...
