Doctor Tran and his associates at his practice are very helpful. They’ve always been there when I came back from a convention in Washington DC this August Saturday morning. I tested positive for Covid at home. I went to an urgent care center in Athol and they refused to help me told me to call my primary care Thankfully, that was Doctor Tran and who was covering for him called me back and I was put on Pak loaded and recovered within four days
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dr. Tran lies to his patients, is not helpful and will not return messages for weeks at a time. There are many better physicians in the area. Stay far away from him.
Called the office first thing when they opened and spoke to someone. She said she would pass on the info to the doctor. Called again at 1:50 had to leave a message. Got a call back and was told If you can come right now or you'll need to go to urgent care. Why would you the whole day on a Friday to call back at the end of the day to tell me go somewhere else? You charge exorbitant prices for medical care but wont help your patients when needed.

Dr Tran appeared very amiable. He was very thorough with setting up tests I hadn’t had in quite awhile like mammogram etc. The reason I didn’t give him 5 stars as he was not knowledgeable in weaning from Clonazepam which he suggested. I am willing to wean off that medication, but it takes quite a while and not done in a month as he suggested.
