Tooth extraction went easy peasy, zero pain and was completed in well under the allotted 2 hours for the full procedure.
Way too many messages re visits before and after. I do not have time or want to be interrupted to tell me multiple times when I have an appointment, to remind me of the appointments (phone, text, and email). Or to ask for an evaluation . It borders on stalking. I am an adult responsible for my appointments. Please stop. Note: I’ve asked before.
The reception was very friendly, and Dr Le was very warm and informative. Lynn cleans my teeth and is also very friendly and informative. I would recommend this office to anyone and my husband is now a patient.
Dr. Le Is an excellent communicator carefully explaining procedure options and the cost involved before making a mutually decided plan of action.Since He explains what is going on with his procedure prior to starting,It was easier for me to relax in the chair because I knew what to expect. He has a strong work ethic with high standards.
