My husband and I rented a house advertised on VRBO managed by VTrips in St. Augustine, Florida from 4/19/26 to 4/24/26. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and his completion of a long and difficult chemotherapy regimen. When we arrived, we noticed several things in poor repair: 1. This condo was an EXCELLENT vacation home to stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the home and the many amenities it provided. It's a short walk to the pool. We stayed from 3/25/26 to 4/8/26. We had NO issues at all. It was a beautiful vacation!

We had a very disappointing experience at this property. 604 Beach Access Rd 1A #3 Port Aransas, TX 78373 US The house was not in acceptable condition when we arrived. There was a strong unpleasant smell inside, the home felt dirty, and several areas appeared poorly maintained. We also noticed safety concerns, including an electrical box that was open and would not close properly, which is especially worrying if it rains.
