I have never had such a miserable awful experience. We couldn't access the property at all. Today we received zero customer service. Absolute garbage! Never stay with this company. And never book through VRBO. They just represent big business now. They don't care about the customer either.

My family and I booked a condo through Distinctive Beach rentals the week of Christmas. Woke up Christmas Eve covered in confirmed bed bug bites. We were moved to another unit through another company that was disgusting. Checked out Christmas and drove 10 hours home. The communication during that time was sporadic. Finally received the luggage we had to leave in the condo to be treated three weeks later in horrible condition. We stayed in palm coast at cinnamon beach. Everything was just as pictured. Very good communication with vtrips. The condo was immaculate. Not a single problem except the weather.
Not helpful to any of our issues. Made my vacation a headache. Lied about sending crucial information to me. I never got it nor acknowledged. Because I had nothing to acknowledge.
