HORRIFIC people and managers. Their properties are BARE MINIMUM. If you’re looking for nothing in your kitchen, toilets, outlets, towel hooks that don’t work, rent their property. If you’re looking for ZERO communication on broken or closed things at your property, rent with them. If you’re looking for incorrect instructions that take you to lock boxes for keys that don’t exist, rent with them. If you’re looking for plastic on your windows and porch doors that don’t lock, rent with them! Should be banned from air bnb.
These people are absolute CROOKS! I listed my house with them as an owner. I had 4 different contacts in 4 weeks. Only one account manager would call me or email me back. It was terrible service. I cancelled my account and moved it to another company that's now great (Roeslen Vacations) and V-Trips kept $1,500 out of my account for cancelation after they violated the contract. Our experience at 404 Arie Dam was excellent. The unit is roomy, up-dated, clean with a beautiful view of the Gulf and easy access to the beach and pool. The area has lots to do with many restaurants and bars. Access to the unit was easy, and the management company helped us navigate hurricane Helene, which came at the end of our stay.
As a property owner, this company is to be avoided. They do not take care of the property and do not provide a good quality of cleaning. The list goes on with urine soaked carpet, sex toys left behind in drawers and over 20 pieces of missing glassware. The failure to winterize caused loss of thousands of dollars. They hire service personnel without prior permission and then expect the client to pay inflated prices..
As long-time customers of VTrips vacation rentals, specifically the Cinnamon Beach condos in Palm Coast, Florida, we recently had an unsatisfactory experience.
