Waited 6 months for a pad. Showed it was backordered after I placed the order, after 6 months pad finally came in and was shipped to the old address when the original order was placed. VTO blamed me for not telling them I moved. Terrible customer service, will never use again. I'm sure the brick and mortar store is nice but online store is definitely not worth experiencing. Stay away from online orders.

Best online shopping and customer service of any big name tack store. I live in Hawaii and every online tack shop wants to hike shipping costs! VTO does not and if an item is out of stock they replace with a higher priced item at no additional cost. They have me as a devoted customer for life! Keep up the great service and prices!!
I've been on a budget conscious saddle hunt, and let me tell you, shipping saddles back and forth or reselling saddles that don't work can get expensive. I've been blown away by the customer service offered long distance by VTO on a low budget consignment saddle. They really care about making sure the saddle fits the horse and rider, even when the rider has pennies to spend! I'd recommend VTO to anyone shopping for a saddle, new or used.
VTO Saddlery just keep on amazing me with their customer service. They are now my go-to place to send my clients for used saddles, and first saddles. Really Good People.
