VTNZ Whanganui staff are always great. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and the inspectors are always pleasant. I have had 5 wofs here over the past couple years, and the only complaint I really have is the price, I believe they are the most expensive in Whanganui. But I understand the price is standard across the country and it is certainly the most convenient way of getting a wof and the fastest.
