Never again will I be taking my vehicle here not only did I get disrespect but when it comes to having a look under my vehicle they decided to destroy my stone gard an had the balls to not own up to it an hide away from the problem don't bother reporting it ether they don't reply back Don't waste your money going to these guys for your wof To make things worse went in the first time paid $85 come in again for a recheck had to pay $89 this is bullshit
Recently got a pre-purchase inspection through VTNZ Whakatane on a Nissan Urvan 2012 van being sold from Nicholson United Auto. The inspection was thorough, informative and the inspector explained everything over a phonecall to me. It saved me from wasting $11,000 on a vehicle that wasn't up to wof standard, had issues with the brakes, rust and many other things the report uncovered. On another note, if you are buying a car from a dealership who does their own WOFs, take it to VTNZ to make sure it's legit.
Friendly and fantastic staff
The customer service from the staff is 5star very helpful and explaining the process of filling out the correct forms for the correct applications which made it much easier for me.
