Great experience here today, was greeted by the friendliest staff on arrival and offered complimentary coffee. Isaac is an absolute gentleman and an asset to VTNZ Thorndon. This was my second year to bring my car there to get its annual WoF. Both times Isaac was efficient, professional and friendly. This time around my car was assessed within ten minutes. Would highly recommend VTNZ Thorndon.
Neil and the others were great when I came and did my driving licence. The licensing woman could have been a bit clearer when she said I need to bring an eyesight certificate; she made it sound like I couldn’t do the test which had me stressing for a bit! But they were all so nice to my wife and kids who waited for me in the waiting area, for which I’m ever grateful!
Excellent service and so polite. The best VTNZ in NZ.
