While I find the staff pleasant enough and wait times are not too bad I believe the inspectors are way too picky. My wife had her car failed once as the headlights glass was foggy, she took it to the mechanic to get it sorted and he said it was ridiculous to fail on that. We recently had an inspection done and the car was damaged by the inspector. Credit to the manager he got it repaired without drama.
