Friendly manager, approachable friendly staff, easy to deal with. Alot cheaper & easier than Mount VTNZ. Very thorough & communicate well.

Terrible customer service at VTNZ 9th Ave I had one of the worst experiences here. The staff showed no consistency or fairness in how they handled customers. 1. They let another vehicle into Lane 2 without a booking, but when it was my turn, I was told I needed a booking. 2. The vehicle directly in front of me was 5th in Lane 1. I followed behind as expected, but the staff rudely told me to go back behind everyone else.
