If you want to be met with the rudest front desk staff with the worst customer service then this is the place to come. Simply the worst VTNZ I’ve been to for anything.
Great Staff Always Ready To Help...
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a lovely experience at VTNZ Sylvia Park for my driving test! The receptionists in the driving test area were very nice, welcoming, and lovely, which really helped me feel more comfortable. My driving examiner, Vili, was also very friendly and calm throughout the test. He gave very clear instructions and made the whole experience feel much less stressful. I really appreciate how professional and reassuring everyone was. Thank you so much to the VTNZ Sylvia Park team, especially Vili! Highly recommend!
