VTNZ Sylvia park had poor customer service . I arrived 30mins early as required, but the officer was late and then become offended when I raised the issue . The attitude was rude and unprofessional, and also felt racially disrespectful.Very disappointing experience. Never wish to visit again.

I have just finished my driving test at this location, and something funny actually happened. I arrived early for my driving test, and I did not expect the examiner in charge of the test to get into the car and fall asleep. This ended up taking more of my time than expected while I was driving around the area. It is quite funny that the officer responsible for the driving test wanted to sleep. The staff at Sylvia Park VTNZ is very good for vehicle compliance. They were very cooperative. I appreciate it. The staff at Sylvia Park are very good. The amount of praise I can give is not enough. Slivia VTN End is Khan Sahib and the two after him are very good people, they are very cooperative. I say that they are very nice people and the work is very good. I have been there, but what I have seen is that they are very cooperative there, the people are very friendly to the customers.
