Today (18.09.2025 at 8:30) we went to VTNZ to convert our Russian driver’s licences to local ones, but we were denied service because the manager said she was not sure about the authenticity of our licences. We asked her to consult other colleagues, so she showed our licences to her colleague, but she also said that she had never seen this type of driver’s licence. I had an excellent experience here. The staff named Jonathan was very helpful. He is honest and excellent person to deal with. Highly recommend this branch.
Just passed my full driving test and had a great experience with testing officer Vi - super approachable, really helped calm my nerves
Bookings mean nothing. Waited half an hour past my booking time just to pay. I don't know why the payment isn't done online.
