Great and efficient. After 10am the waits are lower and seldom more than 20 minutes once my car is at the front of the Q.
Lying about problems to get more money. Rude and arrogant service. Terrible service don’t recommend!
Son failed his restricted licence practical test (after being complimented for his driving) for stopping for only 5 seconds at a stop sign in a manual car, on a hill. The licensor at this station shows ZERO discretion. A waste of time going to VTNZ Frankton. Take the time to go elsewhere… you’ll count your lucky stars you did.
Two female staff are very rude and ill mannered. Went in two days in a row and got told after waiting for 10 minutes that they were going to have a tea break. Instead of one staff going to have a break and take turn, they decided to have a break at the same time and closed the service during the break. I went next door to the AA and received an excellent service. I will not be going back to VTNZ anymore!!!
