I Went to the vtnz porirua after booking my restricted test through aa, I was told to be there early for my test, I was over half an hour early but I wasn't told I needed to check in or what was going to happen when I got there for my test. when I finally did go into the vtnz to speak to reception and find out what's happening the person who i was going to sit the test with was waiting in the hall, when I told him who I was he told me "I was extremely late (when I had been there for 30 minutes already) and I would have to re... read more
Very friendly staff
Visited on a Tuesday afternoon for a WOF, no queue at all so great time to go. Was there for about 30 minutes tops. Process is easy, leave keys in vehicle, motor off. Go in and pay and then wait in waiting room.
