I had a very unpleasant experience with a Korean female staff member on Saturday morning at 9am. I came in to ask politely if I could take the driver theory test. Her first response was not a greeting, but simply: “Just wait for one of us.” When I said I didn’t have a booking, she replied, “Nothing I can do about it.” She was extremely rude throughout the interaction and even rolled her eyes at me multiple times.
