Lucky I got a park. When I came back for the wiper spray to be rechecked I had to wait a long time. Would have thought customers there for a very minor recheck would get priority but it was very busy which is always the case here
Massive thanks to ⭐ Charles ⭐ for keeping such a calm atmosphere during the test! I was extremely nervous at the beginning (coming from a bad experience in another branch). But he was very professional and gave clear instructions. Also gave great advice and pointers to improve on at the end. VTNZ New Lynn was also organised and the staff were friendly. 10/10 would recommend for a good practical test driving experience ☺️☺️
It's sometimes busy but just don't go there when everyone is off. Went there Monday morning for WOF, took less than half hour.
