Incredibly rude and loud front counter service.While waiting, i watched the Indian lady at the desk practically scream-talk at every customer. She showed zero patience, even when speaking to elderly people. She had no patience to explain anything calmly to the elderly. When my husband got to the counter, she scream-talked at him too until he told her to calm down and stop being so rude. I sat my full licence test with Mr Laurence L, at VTNZ Frankton and honestly he made the whole thing so much easier than I expected. I'd failed an attempt before this one and came in genuinely nervous, and within about two minutes of getting in the car he'd settled me down.
