Efficient service with little wait at the counter.
We had a very positive experience at VTNZ Frankton. John, the testing officer, was kind, patient, and understanding. He created a calm environment during the test, which helped my wife feel much more at ease. After the test, he also took the time to provide clear and helpful feedback. Excellent service overall, we highly recommend VTNZ Frankton for driver testing.
My driving test instructor was horrible. In the middle of the test he has raised his voice and yelled at me and used absolutely rude, sarcastic, and inappropriate words to make me feel scared and upset within 5 minutes into the test. The reason for his angst was not any critical error but for me choosing to wait for a safe moment to take a turn.
Friendly staff, long queue just like all VTNZ. Despite the ridiculously long line the ladies are always so nice, and have a good sense of humour
