Lance the assistant manager was very professional and polite. Helped me replace my Wof holder which had broken with age. A+++!
Rude and unprofessional. Walking into an empty VTNZ and enquiring with a technician as to if I would be able to get a warrant today, lead to my feeling unwelcome and annoyed. The technician saying things like "You can ask inside to see if you can get a booking later" and "You can go and line up in Silverdale" as well as "Benn this way since 23 buddy" from a person who gave me the impression of 'if I don't like you, I will find something to fail you on'. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Support & Motivation from Miss Liana! I did my full driving test today at VTNZ Rangiora, and I can’t express how grateful I am to Miss Liana, my driving instructor. VTNZ Rotorua reception staff would have to be the rudest I have ever encountered in any business. They were more interested in their personal conversations, swearing and gossiping. I was made to feel like registering my vehicle or enquiring about RUC was an inconvenience. Absolute disgrace to the owner. Many other reviews say the same.
