My daughter went today and though she did not pass, Steve was very pleasant and helpful. She made some small errors and will need to resit later this month. Steve was very friendly and forthcoming, gave her positive reinforcement where he could, and helped her for the next time around. This is a vast improvement from the way our older children were treated in the past.

I went for a change name on my driver's license with all the necessary requirements and the staff gladly accepted it but the other staff who is a Filipina intercepted and said my document which a birth certificate was unacceptable because it was not Original copy and she needs me to get another document for my application. I said it's stamped as certified true copy and told me to call the 0800 toll #who accepted all the documents and gave a reference number, I especially told him that the staff in Greerton NZTA is not accept... read more
