Great staff, great location, just remember the speed limit in the carpark is 10kmh now not 20.
Lovely staff but the theory test for your license is in the small reception area. There's a reason school/uni/general exams are in queit spaces with signs asking people to be quiet. I would have thought that NZTA would have requirements around facilities for hosting theory tests. It was very noisy and distracting. If you or you're child needs quiet to focus, go somewhere else/ring around to ask about where they hold the tests. It seems NZTA doesn't mandate anything around this issue.
Store open until 5 but driver licensing open till only 4. Over the top WoF checking.
Toni C is a very unprofessional instructor. Came here for a practical test a couple weeks ago and was greeted with an attitude and coldness. Didn't even look at or speak to the other person who was with me at the time and spent half the test fiddling with the air conditioning. Seemed to be in rush so I suspect that may have had a role in attitude and results but overall a very bad instructor who made me far more anxious.
