The two female employees working at the reception today were very unfriendly. I requested the necessary documents for writing the license, but her expression was full of annoyance. During the short time I stayed there, I had the worst experience.

Two hours for a simple WOF last week at Jipco. When I pulled into the queue at 9am there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Looked to be only one staff member looking after 2 car inspection lanes. This carry on is not good enough when customers are paying almost $90.
Literally the worst customer service from the young lady at counter - Arrive at 1.45pm Saturday for a WOF. Granted it’s late, but asked if they could fit in. She says go outside and ask the guys if they want to work over time ‘buddy’ and scoffs. Embarrassingly rude and unhelpful. Way too much attitude on her.
