Wated my time even goung there
I had Sam as my examiner for my restricted driving test today, and she was wonderful. She was very calm, professional, and helped make me feel less nervous during the test. Whenever I did something right, she would say “good” with a smile, which really helped build my confidence and made me feel like I could pass. I really appreciated her supportive and reassuring attitude throughout the test. Thank you, Sam!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Everyone I spoke to was rude and seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. Unclear instructions which led to me waiting in line for 30 minutes just to be turned away because the guy didn’t mention that I needed something else with me. Overall really bad experience will never be coming back I will stick to AA.
Go in Saturday Website says licencing til 13:00 I arrived 12:35pm and they've closed licencing citing they haven't had their breaks. Then they should have a) told management b) arranged more staff Guy told me this happened to him last week so they're doing it every week. VTNZ can you investigate what's going on here.
