Went with my friend to her full license, I stated why I was there, as a support person and the driving test instructor was insanely rude. David. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. I did not know that introducing myself would cause such a reaction. He shamed me for 5 minutes and accused me of speaking for my friend which i definitely was not. I’m sorry but this is disgraceful. Will never be coming here again for any kind of license or wof. I sat my driving test at VTNZ Cambridge today, and I had a wonderful experience with my testing officer, Kerri. She was incredibly polite, calm, and professional throughout the entire test. From the beginning, the way she spoke and explained things made me feel comfortable and confident rather than nervous.
