VTNZ Rotorua reception staff would have to be the rudest I have ever encountered in any business. They were more interested in their personal conversations, swearing and gossiping. I was made to feel like registering my vehicle or enquiring about RUC was an inconvenience. Absolute disgrace to the owner. Many other reviews say the same.
